Shipping to the U.S. and the U.K.
U.S. orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority with tracking. U.K. orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail First Class with tracking.
Other methods of shipping can be arranged and will incur additional shipping fees; contact to inquire.
International Shipping
Not all products can be shipped internationally. Please inquire via the contact form regarding international orders.
Orders from countries other than the U.S. and the U.K. are shipped via U.K. Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Note that there is usually no tracking on the order once it arrives in your country. Buyer assumes all responsibility for customs fees and all other taxes and tariffs. Buyer also takes responsibility for customs delays. Seller is no longer responsible for tracking and receipt of package beyond Royal Mail handling and tracking. Other shipping services can be used at customer's request and will incur additional shipping fees. Please contact before purchase.
Exchanges and Returns
Customers may exchange or return an item under the following conditions:
Item must be unworn, unmodified, and undamaged, and returned with the original packaging.
Item must be shipped with a delivery tracking/confirmation number.
Item must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery date as provided by delivery carrier confirmation tracking.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchange or return must be pre-approved before the customer sends it back. Please use the contact form.
