Shipping in the UK
Shipping in the UK is by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery on orders, requiring a signature. If you prefer a different shipping method, please use the website contact form.
If a delivery is missed and you do not collect your item from the post office within the time stipulated and the item is returned, the customer is responsible for re-postage.

Shipping outside the UK
If you have any questions about delivery costs or delivery times to a specific country, or would like more information, please use the website contact form. If there are additional charges due to customs regulations, international customers will be responsible for any extra duties.

Commissions
Initial commission consultation is free. Commissions require a 50% deposit before work begins and full payment upon completion before delivery. Commissioned items, or pieces that are made exclusively to personalised or specific requirements cannot be refunded.
Products
We will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery if not notified within 2 working days of delivery with accompanying images of condition. Faulty items will be subject to inspection. If fault is deemed to be due to faulty manufacture the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to customer.
We will have no liability for items damaged though normal wear or any mistreatment. If item is inspected and deemed to be damaged from wear and tear or any mistreatment a quote for repair can be arranged.
We will have no liability for any allergy to any jewellery product.
